Finding Case Details

If you are a defendant who meets all of the following criteria:

• Has one or more criminal cases pending in Marathon County Circuit Court
• According to CCAP, does not have attorney representation in any of the pending criminal cases against you
• Has waived your right to attorney representation and will be representing yourself in the pending criminal case(s) against you
• Is not seeking legal advice, but is looking to discuss your criminal case(s) with the assigned prosecutor

Send an email to the Marathon County District Attorney's Office Paralegal at MarathonParalegal@da.wi.gov. In your email, include your name, your contact information, the case number that can be found on CCAP, and the details of what you want to discuss.
